Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard.
- Add the finely chopped jalapeños and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir in garlic powder and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapeños.
- This mustard pairs well with sandwiches, grilled meats, and as a dipping sauce.
