Ingredients

  • Meat: 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend for optimal juiciness)
  • Vegetables: 1 cup finely chopped jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat), 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • Cheese: 1 cup cream cheese (softened), 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Binders: 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 large eggs
  • Seasonings: 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
