Ingredients
- Kataifi pastry: 200 grams, thawed
- Pistachios: 100 grams, finely chopped
- Ricotta cheese: 250 grams
- Mascarpone cheese: 100 grams
- Powdered sugar: 50 grams
- Butter: 100 grams, melted
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay out the kataifi pastry and separate the strands gently.
- Take a small amount of the cheese mixture and place it at one end of the kataifi strands.
- Roll the kataifi around the filling tightly, forming a cylinder.
- Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
