Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the finely crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted salted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until creamy and smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the key lime mixture.
- Layer graham cracker crumble, cubed angel food cake, and key lime cream filling in a trifle dish, repeating the layers.
- Finish with a top layer of key lime cream filling, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Allow cream cheese and heavy cream to come to room temperature for better mixing. Use fresh key lime juice for the best flavor.
