Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and return the skillet to the heat.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
  4. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
