- 4 slices provolone or American cheese
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Optional: minced garlic and sugar for marinade
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef, onion, and bell peppers thinly.
- Marinate the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar. Coat the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Sauté the Veggies: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onions and bell peppers, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the Beef: Move veggies to one side, add marinated beef, cooking for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Add the Kimchi: Mix in chopped kimchi and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
- Assemble the Cheesesteak: Toast hoagie rolls, fill with bulgogi mixture, top with cheese, and broil for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Notes
