Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed French bread and blueberries to the egg mixture, gently folding to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
