Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • ???? 2 oz limoncello liqueur – sweet, lemony Italian liqueur (store-bought or homemade)

  • ???? 2 oz peach nectar – thick, flavorful juice (look for 100% nectar, not juice blend)

  • ???? 3 oz chilled prosecco or sparkling wine – dry or off-dry for balance

Instructions

Step 1: Chill your glassware
Pop your flute, coupe, or wine glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to get them nice and cold. This enhances the experience and presentation.

Step 2: Mix the base
In a cocktail shaker (or directly in a glass), combine:

  • 2 oz limoncello

  • 2 oz peach nectar

If you like it chilled, add ice and shake lightly for 5–10 seconds. Otherwise, you can stir gently.

Step 3: Strain and pour
Strain the mixture into a flute or glass of your choice. If you’re using a wine glass, you may also add a few ice cubes.

Step 4: Top with bubbles
Slowly top with 3 oz of chilled prosecco or sparkling wine. Pour gently to preserve the fizz.

Step 5: Garnish and serve
Garnish with a peach slice, lemon wheel, fresh herbs, or edible flowers. Serve immediately while effervescent.

Notes

  • Use well-chilled ingredients—especially the prosecco—to maintain sparkle.

  • Don’t over-stir once the sparkling wine is added—it can flatten the fizz.

  • Peach nectar adds more flavor than peach juice—choose nectar for richness.

  • If making a large batch, add sparkling wine just before serving to preserve the bubbles.
