Delicious and cheesy loaded nachos topped with seasoned ground beef, perfect for a snack or party dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Add diced tomatoes and jalapeños over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with green onions, sour cream, and salsa before serving.

  • For a spicier version, add more jalapeños or hot sauce.
