Long Beach Tea Cocktail

  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • ???? 1/2 oz vodka

  • ???? 1/2 oz gin

  • ???? 1/2 oz light rum

  • ???? 1/2 oz tequila

  • ???? 1/2 oz triple sec (orange liqueur)

  • ???? 2 oz cranberry juice (fresh or bottled)

  • ???? 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ???? Splash of simple syrup (or to taste)

  • ???? Ice cubes

  • ???? Lemon wheel or wedge, for garnish

  • ???? Mint sprig (optional) for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Fill a tall glass with ice
Start by filling a highball or Collins glass with plenty of ice cubes to chill your cocktail properly.

Step 2: Add the spirits
Pour in ½ oz each of vodka, gin, light rum, tequila, and triple sec over the ice.

Step 3: Add the juices
Add 2 oz of cranberry juice and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Step 4: Sweeten the mix
Add a splash of simple syrup to balance the tartness. Adjust sweetness according to your taste.

Step 5: Stir gently
Use a long spoon or cocktail stirrer to mix all the ingredients well without diluting the ice.

Step 6: Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge on the rim of the glass. Add a sprig of fresh mint for extra aroma and flair.

  • Use fresh lemon juice to brighten flavors

  • Ensure all spirits are measured precisely for balanced taste
