Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the mango puree and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and fold it into the mixture.
- Divide the mousse into individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative and use coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
