- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the fruit puree with the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
