- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and garlic powder.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and brush them with the maple-miso mixture.
- Add the broccoli and bell peppers to the sheet pan, drizzling them with any remaining sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
