- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Yuzu honey for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with yuzu honey.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the batter.
- For a vegan option, substitute milk with plant-based milk and use a flax egg.
- Yuzu honey can be found in specialty stores or online.
