  • Feta Cheese (Crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Heat Olive Oil: In a skillet, pour olive oil and bring to medium heat.
  3. Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Olives: Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and olives, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine Pasta and Feta: Add drained pasta and crumbled feta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Season and Adjust: Season with salt and pepper, adding reserved pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
