Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pre-made pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
  4. Place the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the crust over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
