Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
- Place the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the crust over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the apple filling.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
