Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each circle.
