- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of green candy melts
- 1/4 cup of black candy melts
- 1/4 cup of edible googly eyes
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Form the peanut butter mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Melt the green and black candy melts separately and use them to create the iris and pupil of the eyeballs.
- Attach the edible googly eyes to the center of each eyeball using a bit of melted chocolate.
- Let the Monster Eyeballs set completely before serving.
