    • 200ml heavy cream
    • 100g powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
    • 50g dark chocolate, grated
    • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the base. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Spread the cream filling evenly over the chilled biscuit base.
  5. Sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top and add fresh berries if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice to serve.
