- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the mini marshmallows until they are fully coated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the chocolate and marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally topped with additional marshmallows or chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let the pie set in the refrigerator for the recommended time for best results.
