Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Key lime zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the key lime mixture until well combined.
  4. In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker crumbs, key lime filling, and more crumbs.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and garnish with key lime zest.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
