- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Key lime zest for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the key lime mixture until well combined.
- In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker crumbs, key lime filling, and more crumbs.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- Top with additional whipped cream and garnish with key lime zest.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
