A delicious and easy no-bake cheesecake recipe inspired by Kinder Bueno chocolate bars.

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese
- 200g powdered sugar
- 300ml heavy cream
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Add the chopped Kinder Bueno bars and vanilla extract, and mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional Kinder Bueno pieces before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to add more chocolate or toppings as desired.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
