A refreshing dessert with layers of creamy lemon pudding and crispy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest until combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice for a drizzle and pour over the top.
