Description

A refreshing dessert with layers of creamy lemon pudding and crispy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest until combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  6. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  7. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice for a drizzle and pour over the top.
