Instructions

- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract over medium heat.

- Pour the chocolate fudge over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
