A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake cheesecake that combines the rich flavors of Reese’s peanut butter cups with a creamy cheesecake filling.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Stir in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional Reese’s peanut butter cups before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
- Use a food processor to crush the graham crackers for a finer crust.
- Feel free to add more Reese’s cups for extra flavor.
