    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish to form an even layer.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil, then let it boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sea salt. Pour the caramel over the pretzel base, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into bars and serve.
