- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Whip the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, slice and serve to wow your guests!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the yogurt mixture.
- Let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
