  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 4 pretzel buns
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for sautéing onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently form the ground beef into 4 equal-sized patties, season each patty with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, then transfer to a plate.
  4. Sauté sliced onions in the same skillet with olive oil or butter until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Grill or cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, topping each with beer cheese in the last minute to melt.
