- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles, stirring gently. Simmer for 7-10 minutes until noodles are al dente.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute some heavy cream with Greek yogurt. You can also add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
