  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the sliced Cajun sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
