Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, shredded coconut, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in the passionfruit puree.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Cut into squares and serve.
