- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with a slice of burrata cheese.
- Add a few slices of peach on top of the burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For added flavor, you can drizzle balsamic glaze over the crostini.
