Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Top each crostini with a slice of burrata cheese.
  6. Add a few slices of peach on top of the burrata.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
