Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the diced peaches, jalapeños, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chutney thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to jars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
