- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, heavy cream, whole milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chopped walnuts.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
