- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
