Peach Paradise Punch

  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peach nectar or juice, chilled

  • 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled

  • 1 cup orange juice, chilled

  • 1 cup peach schnapps

  • 1 cup white rum

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (added last, for fizz)

  • Peach slices, orange wheels, and mint sprigs, for garnish

  • Ice cubes or frozen peach slices, for chilling without watering down

Instructions

Step 1: Chill Your Ingredients

Start by placing your peach nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice, peach schnapps, white rum, and lemon juice in the refrigerator for a few hours. This ensures your punch is served cold without relying solely on ice, preserving its full flavor.

Step 2: Prep the Garnishes

Wash and slice fresh peaches and oranges into thin wheels. Gently rinse the mint sprigs and pat them dry with a paper towel. You can also freeze some peach slices to use as flavorful ice cubes.

Step 3: Combine the Juices and Alcohol

In a large punch bowl or pitcher, pour in the peach nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, peach schnapps, and white rum. Stir gently but thoroughly to blend the ingredients into a uniform mixture.

Step 4: Add Ice or Frozen Fruit

Right before serving, add ice cubes or frozen peach slices directly to the punch bowl. Frozen fruit is preferable if you want to avoid dilution.

Step 5: Add the Fizz

Top the mixture with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Gently stir to incorporate the bubbles without flattening the fizz.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

Float the orange wheels and peach slices on top. Add mint sprigs for a burst of aroma and color. Serve in individual glasses over ice, with additional garnish if desired.

Notes

To ensure a well-balanced punch, taste before serving. Depending on the brand of juices or schnapps, sweetness levels can vary. If the drink tastes too sweet, balance it with a little extra fresh lemon juice. If it’s too tart, add a splash more peach nectar or a bit of simple syrup. The goal is a vibrant, smooth, and refreshing flavor that delights with every sip.
