Peach Passionfruit Cooler

Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • 🍑 2 ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced) or 1 cup frozen peach slices

  • 🌴 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp or juice (fresh or bottled)

  • 🍯 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 🍋 Juice of 1 lemon or lime

  • 🧊 1 cup cold water or sparkling water (for fizz)

  • ❄️ Ice cubes (as needed)

  • 🌿 Optional: fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish

  • 🍹 Optional: 1-2 oz white rum or vodka (for alcoholic version)


Instructions

Step 1:
In a blender, combine the peaches, passionfruit pulp or juice, lemon/lime juice, and honey/agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds, especially if using fresh passionfruit.

Step 3:
Add cold water or sparkling water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Step 4:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach passionfruit mix over them.

Step 5:
Garnish with mint, basil, or thin peach slices. Add a splash of alcohol if desired, stir gently, and serve immediately.

Notes

These coolers are very forgiving, but a few key tips ensure success:

  • Use ripe fruit: The riper your peaches and passionfruit, the sweeter and more flavorful your drink.
