Instructions
Step 1:
In a blender, combine the peaches, passionfruit pulp or juice, lemon/lime juice, and honey/agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds, especially if using fresh passionfruit.
Step 3:
Add cold water or sparkling water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 4:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach passionfruit mix over them.
Step 5:
Garnish with mint, basil, or thin peach slices. Add a splash of alcohol if desired, stir gently, and serve immediately.
