Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

Instructions

Step 1: Make your honey syrup
Mix equal parts honey and warm water. Stir until fully dissolved. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare peach puree
If using fresh peaches, peel and pit 2 ripe peaches and puree in a blender until smooth. If using nectar, measure directly.

Step 3: Shake the cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add:

  • 2 oz peach puree or nectar

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz honey syrup

  • 2 oz vodka, gin, or bourbon

  • Ice cubes to fill

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Step 4: Strain and serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.

Step 5: Add bubbles and garnish
Top with sparkling wine or club soda if desired for a fizzy touch. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or basil and thin peach slices on the rim.

Notes

  • Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the best flavor; underripe or canned peaches can be too tart or bland.

  • Fresh lemon juice brightens the cocktail and balances sweetness—never use bottled lemon juice.

  • Honey syrup gives a natural, floral sweetness and blends better than raw honey.
