    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • Peanut Butter Layer:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Layer:
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form an even crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
