- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pears, chopped pecans, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
