- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and chopped pecans.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form a crust.
- Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
