A delicious and easy one-pan meal that combines the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak with pasta.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. pasta (your choice)
- 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables for extra flavor.
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
