Ingredients
Scale
- For the Sliders:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 8 slider rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- For the Seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with provolone cheese slices, then place the top halves of the rolls on.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
- Make-ahead: You can prepare the beef mixture a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Assemble the sliders just before baking.
- Storage: Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Substitutions: Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, or swap provolone for cheddar cheese for a different flavor.
