Instructions

Step 1: Prepare honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water; stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool before use.
Step 2: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 3: Add bourbon, fresh pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
Step 4: Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5: Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
