- 1 package of Lil’ Smokies sausages
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder; whisk until smooth.
- Toss the Lil’ Smokies sausages and pineapple chunks in a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce over the sausages and pineapple, coating them evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the sauce is caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
