Delicious little smokies coated in a caramelized glaze of pineapple and brown sugar, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Lil’ Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder; whisk until smooth.
  3. Toss the Lil’ Smokies sausages and pineapple chunks in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the sauce over the sausages and pineapple, coating them evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the sauce is caramelized.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
