Instructions

Prepare Your Glass
Fill a tall glass or tiki-style cocktail glass with ice cubes. Crushed ice works beautifully for a slushy texture, but regular cubes are perfectly fine. -
Build the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker or directly in the glass, pour in:-
1 oz passion fruit vodka

1 oz coconut rum

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz orange juice

½ oz lime juice
Stir gently to combine.

Add the Grenadine
Slowly pour a splash of grenadine down the inside edge of the glass. It will settle at the bottom, creating a beautiful layered effect resembling a tropical sunrise or sunset. -
Garnish and Serve
Top with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig. For extra flair, add a cocktail umbrella or a maraschino cherry. -
Enjoy

To batch for 8 servings:

Mix all the liquids except grenadine and store in a pitcher in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Just before serving, pour over ice and add grenadine individually to each glass to preserve the layered look.
You can also pre-cut your garnishes and keep them chilled in water to maintain freshness and vibrant color.
