Pink Lemonade Prosecco Punch

Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • πŸ‹ 4 cups pink lemonade – store-bought or homemade

  • πŸ₯‚ 1 bottle prosecco (750ml) – chilled

  • 🍸 1 cup vodka – citrus vodka is extra nice!

  • 🍊 1 cup orange juice – fresh or not-from-concentrate

  • 🧊 Ice cubes – for serving

  • πŸ“ Fresh strawberries – halved, for garnish

  • πŸ‹ Lemon slices – for a vibrant citrus pop

  • 🌿 Fresh mint – optional, for aroma and color


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare your serving pitcher or bowl
Choose a large pitcher or punch bowl that holds at least 10 cups. Make sure it’s clean and chilled if possible.

Step 2: Add the base juices
Pour 4 cups of pink lemonade and 1 cup of orange juice into the pitcher. Stir gently to mix.

Step 3: Add the vodka
Add 1 cup of vodka to the juice mixture and stir again. You can adjust the quantity depending on how strong you want your punch.

Step 4: Add the prosecco
Just before serving, pour in the chilled bottle of prosecco. Stir gently so you don’t lose the bubbles.

Step 5: Garnish and serve
Toss in sliced lemons, strawberries, and fresh mint. Add ice cubes or serve over ice in individual glasses.

Serve immediately with a ladle, or pre-portion into wine glasses or mason jars for a charming touch.

Notes

These bombs are very forgiving, but a few key tips ensure success:

  • Always chill your prosecco and other ingredients for a cold, crisp punch.

  • Don’t add prosecco too earlyβ€”you’ll lose the fizz. Add just before serving.

  • If making ahead, prep everything but prosecco and ice. Add those just before guests arrive.
