Instructions
In a tall glass or cocktail shaker, combine strawberries, mint, and lime juice. Muddle gently to release juices and oils—but don’t pulverize the mint.
Add the pink Starburst syrup and citrus rum. Stir well or shake lightly over ice if using a shaker.
Add crushed ice to your serving glass. Pour the muddled mixture over the ice.
Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda, depending on your sweetness preference.
Garnish with a skewered Starburst, mint sprig, and strawberry slice. Optionally, rim the glass with pink sugar for an extra pop.
