Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

💖 For One Serving (12–14 oz glass):

  • 🍓 4 fresh strawberries, sliced (or use 1 tbsp strawberry syrup)

  • 🍬 1 oz pink Starburst syrup (see tips below to make your own)

  • 🌿 10 fresh mint leaves

  • 🍈 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 🥃 2 oz citrus rum or white rum

  • 🧊 1 cup crushed ice

  • 🥤 3–4 oz club soda or lemon-lime soda

  • 🍧 1 tsp simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

🍡 Optional Garnish:

  • 🍬 Pink Starburst candy on a skewer

  • 🍓 Strawberry slice or mint sprig

  • 💫 Edible glitter or pink sugar rim


Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Base

In a tall glass or cocktail shaker, combine strawberries, mint, and lime juice. Muddle gently to release juices and oils—but don’t pulverize the mint.

Step 2: Add the Flavor

Add the pink Starburst syrup and citrus rum. Stir well or shake lightly over ice if using a shaker.

Step 3: Fill with Ice

Add crushed ice to your serving glass. Pour the muddled mixture over the ice.

Step 4: Top with Bubbles

Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda, depending on your sweetness preference.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Garnish with a skewered Starburst, mint sprig, and strawberry slice. Optionally, rim the glass with pink sugar for an extra pop.
