A creamy and rich pistachio mousse topped with a luscious chocolate ganache, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachio nuts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Soak the pistachio nuts in water for at least 4 hours, then drain and blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- For the ganache, heat the milk in a saucepan until just boiling, then pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Stir the chocolate until smooth and glossy, then let it cool slightly.
- Once the mousse is set, pour the chocolate ganache over the top and refrigerate again until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a more intense pistachio flavor, use pistachio extract.
- Make sure the chocolate ganache is slightly warm before pouring it over the mousse.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
