🍋 2 oz citrus vodka

🧊 1 oz blue curaçao

🍋 3 oz lemonade (freshly squeezed or store-bought)

🍬 1 packet Pop Rocks (any flavor) – for rimming the glass

🍯 1 tbsp honey or corn syrup – for sticking the Pop Rocks to the rim

🍋 Lemon wheel or twist – for garnish

🧊 Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Rim the Glass with Pop Rocks

Pour your Pop Rocks onto a small flat plate.

On another plate, pour a little honey or corn syrup.

Dip the rim of your glass into the sticky liquid, then roll it in the Pop Rocks.

Set the glass aside and let it dry for a minute.
💡 Tip: Rim just before serving so the candy doesn’t dissolve from humidity.
Step 2: Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice:

Add 2 oz citrus vodka

Add 1 oz blue curaçao

Add 3 oz lemonade

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine.
Step 3: Pour and Garnish

Strain the mixture into your Pop Rocks-rimmed glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
💥 Optional: Drop in a few extra Pop Rocks for a fizzy surprise at the bottom or add an LED glow cube for party flair!
